The Gettysburg Festival is a celebration of American art, culture and cuisine--set against the backdrop of historic Gettysburg.  This ten day one-of-a-kind experience would not be possible without generous support and contributions like yours.  The Festival is a premier cultural event, showcasing American cultural icons, alongside the regional's outstanding artistic and culinary talent.  Your gifts support access to nearly 100 events, many of which are free to the public, in additional to providing learning opportunities for greater arts appreciation.

The Gettysburg Festival, like the majority of arts festivals, must raise $3 for every $1 generated in ticket sales, so your support is critical to our sustainability. In 2011, local and state government funding for the arts fell an estimated 10 and 7 percent, respectively.  So your help is more valuable than ever.  Your support has enabled us to attract new and exciting headlining acts, while continually evolving our culinary, theater, visual arts, brass and additional musical programming.  By maintaining moderately priced tickets and offering a large variety of free events, we help improve the quality of life in Central Pennsylvania and serve as a catalyst for greater economic prosperity for our Gettysburg community.
